Mental Health Support That’s Here For You

Between classes, extracurriculars, work and everything else going on in your life, we know it’s not always easy — or financially possible — to find the kind of support you need when you need it. We’re here to help.

If you’re between 15 and 29 years old, you can access two hours of virtual therapy at no cost through GreenShield’s Youth Mental Health program. Our personalized therapist matching tool lets you choose from 50+ selection options, including race, gender and sexuality. You’ll be able to match with a therapist who understands lived experience, in as little as 24 hours.

You'll also get a one-year complimentary subscription to Digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you develop long-term, healthier behaviours so you can meet life’s challenges with confidence.
