Minimum Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for participation in the GreenShield Health Therapy / EAP Network, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree in a relevant discipline (a Bachelor's degree is acceptable for eligible professionals practicing in Quebec).
• Be in good standing and fully registered/licensed with the applicable regulatory body in the province(s) where services are provided.
• Maintain professional liability insurance that meets network requirements.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of independent clinical practice experience.
• Successfully complete GreenShield Health's credentialing and onboarding requirements, including the submission of a Vulnerable Sector Check prior to onboarding.

Important: Practitioners registered under a qualifying or candidate status are not currently eligible for participation in the Therapy / EAP Network. Applicants must hold full, unrestricted registration or licensure with their regulatory body at the time of application
