The ACTIVE Leadership Certificate Program is built around three core leadership responsibilities aligned with the approach of the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace: promoting psychological health and safety, preventing harm, and responding effectively when concerns arise.

Build foundational leadership skills through two interactive half-day workshops focused on psychological health and safety, employee well-being, and effective leadership practices.

Apply new skills through online learning and AI-supported immersive role play that simulates real workplace conversations in a safe environment with meaningful feedback.

Use practical tools and communication frameworks in everyday leadership situations, from coaching conversations to workload discussions and employee support interactions.

Participants who successfully complete the program earn the ACTIVE Leadership Certificate of Completion that recognizes their commitment to creating healthier, safer and higher-performing workplaces.
How the program works
ACTIVE combines live instruction delivered by a specialized network of skilled facilitators, self-paced learning, practical application, and follow-up learning to help leaders build skills that stick.
Two facilitator-led half-day workshops that build essential skills and frameworks while fostering peer sharing and strategizing:

- Module 2: Enabling Your People

Participants continue their learning through:
- Self-paced microlearning
- AI-powered conversation simulations
- Personalized AI coaching
- Final assessment and certification

Following certification, participants receive four months of continued learning support, including:
- Monthly microlearning and reflection activities
- Continued access to AI coaching and conversation practice
