My Plan Details
Here’s what you need to know about your GreenShield Insurance student health and dental plan.
Inactive Period
You may be in a temporary inactive period while GreenShield collects and updates your enrolment information. Don’t worry – you can still submit paper claims. We will process your claims once your information is updated.
Once the enrolment is complete and the in-active period ends, you can sign up for online services at greenshield.ca/student. Our online member portal provides quick and easy access to:
- Online claim submission
- Your benefit booklet
- Search for a benefit provider
- Search drugs by DIN to check eligibility
- And much more!
Once the inactive period ends, you can even submit claims right from your mobile device. Just download GreenShield+. Could it get any easier?
Remember, your GS ID number is your three-letter school code, your student number and “-00” (example: CTA111222333-00).
