Prepare your documents
- Provincial health card
- Credit card information
- Your drug coverage insurance information (if you have insurance)
- A copy of your new prescription, or if it’s an existing prescription, we’ll ask for your pharmacy’s name and phone number

Create a GreenShield+ account
Our easy-to-use app provides instant access to GreenShield Pharmacy, as well as mental health and other health services.

Activate GreenShield Pharmacy
Sign in to your GreenShield+ account, select “Care Services,” and then “Pharmacy.” Now you’re ready to enter your details.

Transfer or submit your prescription
Upload a new prescription or let us know if you’re transferring a current prescription, and we’ll take care of the rest.
