With a bold, multi-faceted roadmap for 2022 and beyond, Green Shield Canada (GSC) has appointed JP Girard as EVP & Head of Insurance. In this role, JP will shape GSC’s vision for serving and growing our Group and Individual client bases.
JP has gained deep health and benefits experience over the course of his career while living and working across Canada. This makes him ideally placed to have a coast-to-coast impact in this national role, aided by the ongoing trend towards remote workplaces. Based in Halifax, JP will also bring a local presence in Atlantic Canada, helping to establish GSC as an employer of choice.
He was most recently an Executive Vice President at Hub International, leading a national team, and has also held leadership roles in the Employee Health and EAP space, including Benefits Practice Leader and Atlantic Regional Leader.
