Healthy relationships are the foundation of good self-esteem and well-being. Children and teens learn by watching others around them, which often begins with the parents and adults around them. In this expert-led session, participants will learn how to talk to children and teens about healthy and unhealthy relationships while teaching skills to make friends, navigate social media and deal with dating.
