Catherine believes that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, deserves the opportunity to be heard, and that by providing a supportive space, they can heal themselves and their relationships with their family and community.

Rebecca Ann Goldstein

With a background in music therapy and experience in palliative care, oncology, acute mental health care, and serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, Rebecca offers a creative, structured, and flexible approach to therapy, bringing both professional expertise and personal experience. Having faced her own challenges with grief, disability, trauma, chronic pain, and emotional hardship, she understands firsthand what it takes to overcome obstacles and thrive again.

Celia (Xiaojun) Du
Master of Counselling, RCC
Celia worked as an auditor and accountant before becoming a full-time mom. While raising her children, she became interested in their emotions, thinking processes and behaviours, and was fascinated by psychology. When the kids were older, she returned to school for a master’s degree in counselling psychology. At this stage of her life, she would love to use compassion, empathy, life experiences, and clinical counselling knowledge to connect with and help people.
