How to find a therapist on GreenShield+
GreenShield+ gives you three ways to connect with a therapist online. You can take the matching questionnaire for a personalized recommendation, browse the directory using filters, or book the next available appointment. Each option leads to the same network of 2,100+ licensed therapists.
Step 1: Create your free GreenShield+ account
Visit greenshieldplus.ca and sign up. You'll need a valid email address and a few basic details. Creating an account is free, and there's no obligation to book right away.

Step 2: Choose how you want to search
Once you're in, navigate to Counselling. You'll see three options:
- Take the matching questionnaire to answer questions about your symptoms, stressors, language preferences, cultural values, and more. The algorithm uses your answers to generate a shortlist of therapists suited to your needs.
