- We launched our fully integrated GreenShield+ experience.
- We’ve transformed healthcare access with our unique integrated payer-provider (“payvider”) model, offering insurance, administering benefits and paying claims as a ‘payer’ while offering health services such as mental health, pharmacy, telemedicine and chronic disease management as a ‘provider’.
- Our health offerings now include chronic disease management, care navigation, and new well-being tools.
Purpose driven since 1957
With your support, GreenShield Cares is on track to reach our goal of reinvesting $75 million to help one million Canadians by the end of 2025. To date, we have:
- Reached nearly half a million lives through our mental health initiatives, including our Women’s Mental Health Program, providing free therapy and mental health resources to over 100,000 women.
- Impacted more than 86,000 lives with essential medicines and expanded our essential medicines program to reach beyond Ontario into Nova Scotia with plans to expand to more provinces in 2025.
- Supported more than 60,000 people with oral health care.
