GSC offers seamless plan administration services for our group benefit clients.
We take care of all of your time consuming administrative functions like managing enrolment and eligibility data, communication, benefit administration, automating reimbursement programs (for tuition and child care refunds), and billing and premium collection. These services can be utilized to administer coverage between your plan members and GSC, or alternatively, between your life and disability benefit providers. We work with your other specialty providers – for example, exchanging eligibility feeds – to make life easy for you. From the most simple plan design and structure, to the most complex, we can administer it all.
OUR ‘STATE-OF-THE-ART’ FLEX ENROLMENT TOOL
Our tool – called flex advantage™ – is intuitive, plan member-centric and provides step-by-step processes with point-in-time information, tools and resources. Our flex advantage™ portal is flexible so it supports and integrates all the benefits that you want us to administer - for example, group benefits, pooled benefits and RSP accounts. And you can use different carriers for different coverages.
We have extensive experience in building and maintaining ongoing electronic interface files with our plan sponsors’ HRIS and payroll systems, and third parties. Once all flex benefit plan options are built into the flex advantage™ system, plan members can access all plan-related information such as brochures, FAQs, forms and documents – from each of the specialty carriers. With one user name and password, plan member can conveniently access all provider websites. Plan members can also assess – in real-time – the financial impact and tax effectiveness of choices with a “what if” modeling tool before saving and submitting their elections.
