Access your personal claims information, including a breakdown of how your claims were processed

Submit a ‘pretend’ claim to instantly find out when and what portion of a claim will be covered by using the benefit eligibility feature

Sign up for Direct Deposit so claim payments can be deposited directly into your bank account

Print personalized claims forms (if you have to submit the claim yourself, this is the way to go) or a replacement ID card

Print your Explanation of Benefit statements for when you need to coordinate benefits

Have your GSC ID number handy. Don’t know your GSC ID number? Click here.

Click on ‘Register’.

Create a user name and password and provide all of the requested information. Complete your registration by clicking on ‘Register’.

For your security, you also need an access code. An e-mail containing your confidential access code will be automatically sent to you when you register.

Upon receipt of your Access Code, sign in to Plan Member Online Services, then enter your access code and click ‘Submit’. You are now fully registered. There you go! Wasn't that easy?
