As a GSC plan member, you have access to our national preferred provider vision network and are eligible to receive a discount on eyewear, regardless of whether you have vision benefits. Our network consists of the Bay Optical and The Eyewear Advantage Network which includes Sears Optical, LensCrafters and Pearle Vision stores.

What is the discount?

When you shop at any Bay Optical store you can receive:

Up to 33% off the regular retail price of eyeglasses

When you shop at any Sears Optical, LensCrafters or Pearle Vision store you can receive:

30% off the regular retail price of a complete pair of prescription eyeglasses
20% off the regular price of non-prescription sunglasses and eyewear accessories

Online convenience

Through GSC’s providerConnect™ website, your vision provider can check your benefit eligibility. You and your vision provider will receive immediate confirmation of applicable coverage. Your provider can also download your claim payment information and print your claim statement as required for Coordination of Benefits. Some vision providers can also take advantage of online vision claim submission across Canada, for a significant reduction in claims processing and mailing times.

LASER VISION CORRECTION

Thinking about laser vision correction? We've got more good news for you.

LASIK MD has joined GSC's national preferred provider vision network. As a GSC plan member, you are eligible to receive:

10% discount off the price of laser vision correction (up to a maximum of $150 CDN)
$200 CDN discount on any Zyoptix Custom LASIK procedure

The following conditions apply to the above discounts:

Laser vision correction surgery must be performed on both eyes on the same date.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other pricing offer, discount coupon, insurance company program or corporate program.
GSC plan members, spouses and dependents must present their GSC ID card to LASIK MD prior to surgery.
