Three benefit programs, each with varying degrees of protection.

Prism Spectra^® focuses on comprehensive coverage complemented by high benefit maximums. A medical questionnaire is required to qualify.

Prism Precision^® provides basic coverage and is a practical alternative for the services and treatments not covered by the government. This coverage is guaranteed and no medical questionnaire is required. 

Prism Continuum^® focuses on providing coverage for those leaving a company group health plan. Coverage is guaranteed if you apply within 60 days of losing your benefits.
