October 30, 2008 - Enhancements to Dental Predeterminations and Medical Item Authorization Statements

Dental Predeterminations and Medical Item Authorization statements have been redesigned to make them more user friendly.

Enhancements include a new layout, sub-headings and clearer language, making it easy to find information. The Dental Predeterminations also display the lab reimbursement amount.

Plan members will continue to receive these statements in the mail, while health service providers can view them online by logging into our online services at greenshield.ca
