November 2, 2005…Green Shield Canada is pleased to announce that we will be upgrading our WebShieldStats^® online reporting tool, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.  As a result, we are required to shut down the following Online Services for a mandatory systems outage:

• WebShieldStats^®
• Online Administration
• Provider Online Services
• Subscriber Online Services

This outage is scheduled from Friday, November 4th at 10 pm EST to Saturday, November 5th at 12:00 pm (noon) EST. During this time, we ask that you please refrain from using any of our Online Services. If you do try to sign in, you will receive a message stating that the applications are currently unavailable. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this interruption in service may cause you.
